Steve Dubois - Associate Director


For over 20 years Steve has worked with Telecommunications organisations to solve their problems and realise opportunities.  He has led operations, facilitated cross-functional teams and managed strategic projects and programmes to make successful change happen.


In recent years, Steve has helped Virgin Media deliver significant improvements in operational performance and customer service in areas such as self installation, business provisioning and fault handling.  


The majority of these improvements have come through programme managing the tactical application of Lean and 6 Sigma principles, tools & techniques; mapping the "as-is" operating model, defining a "to be" future state and developing a transformation road map, with prioritised areas of focus to manage the transition.


As well as his extensive experience of operational improvement and customer journeys, Steve has a strong analytical background in forecasting, capacity planning, resource modelling, reporting & analysis and budgetary control.
